Shipping policy
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of processing. Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). You will be notified as soon as your order has shipped.
The following shipping options are available: Free Shipping, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Standard, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air. Free Shipping normally takes 4-8 business days to the 48 contiguous states depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 2-7 days although Free Shipping is NOT available to Hawaii and Alaska for all banig bags, hampers and storage trunk sets. Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.
Note that some items cannot be shipped using Priority Mail, 2nd Day or Next Day due to size, weight, and delivery address. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
